How To Use

Cleanse your face, neck, and chest, and pat dry.
Apply your usual serum first if you'd like — clean skin absorbs the light best.
Fit the face mask, then position the neck and chest piece.
Choose your light mode and intensity level using the remote.
Relax for 10 to 20 minutes while the light does its work.
Follow with moisturiser. Use two to three times a week for best results.
